I am booking directly via the website and I have a special request. How do I do this?

Go to the “Booking” tab, choose the area of your special request, as well as your holiday dates, then in the second stage select the type of accommodation you require. Once you have done this, you can then state your special requests. Validate, and then complete all your contact details. You then have the choice of paying your deposit (25%) on line or by bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, an option will be sent to you with our bank details.

Do I have to pay for cleaning at the end of my holiday?

The end cleaning fee is now compulsory. You'll be asked to pay this charge at the check-in.

Be aware! Even if you pay this fee, you'll be asked to: wash the dishes and put it back in the cupboards, empty the dishwasher, the fridge and the dustbins, clean the barbecue.

As L’Ami Soleil manages its own holiday centres, we set our own rental rates and these are the rates our staff work with. Apart from special offers from our competitors, you are sure of receiving the best price there is. Also, L’Ami Soleil does not charge any administration fees to our holidaymakers.

What time will I be able to check in to my holiday accommodation?

What time will I be able to check in to my holiday accommodation?

Arrivals (from Saturday to Saturday only during the high season, which is July and August) are from 4.00 pm until 8.00 pm.

If you arrive before this time, you will not be able to request access to the accommodation in question. However, if it is ready, it will of course be made available to you.

If you are going to arrive late, we request that you contact the holiday centre’s reception so as to warn the staff.

To make check-in easier, we ask you to have your identification documentation ready, as well as your booking voucher and credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We will pre-authorise your card as a rental guarantee. Your account will not be debited (except in the case of damage to your holiday accommodation).
